What weight lifting/exercise routine should I follow as a beginner? - weight
I am 6 and 200 pounds. I joined a gym and I want to know what is best for the exercise and weight lifting to normal tone and perhaps a certain loss of the breast. The gym has treadmills, elliptical, etc., and the area of weight that I know nothing ... Any help with one or two is appreciated! Including, as do many times a week, and every turn. I have never worked, but I'm weak in general.
